Railroading has been a underlying pattern in my life. My first job was on the railroad. You can read about that on my website at www.oldbillsattic.com. My last job was as a different sort railroader at the age of 78. Last summer I was the engineer at Conneaute Lake Park.
The park did not open this year due to lack of funds. Too bad. I was looking forward to it.
It has one of the best old wooden roller coasters in the world-The Blue Streak.
